Gluten Free Sugar Free Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- (2 cups) Almond flour
- (1/2 teaspoon) Baking soda
- (1/4 teaspoon) Salt
- (3) Egg yolks
- (2) Egg whites, whipped
- (3 tablespoons) Butter, melted
- (1/4 cup) Raw Honey Pint
- (1 teaspoon) Vanilla Extract
- (3/4 cup) Blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix liquid ingredients together. Combine with dry ingredients and gently mix. Fold in whipped egg whites. Gently fold in blueberries. Scoop into prepared muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
