We strive for excellency in customer service and product acquisition. We aim to provide products primarily produced in Montana to support fellow Montanan producers, and provide our customers with some of Montana's best. We endeavor to provide fair pricing on all of our products. With all products being small-batch made or handcrafted, the cost to produce these products is higher than a similar, commercially produced product. We are confident that the quality of these small-batch and handcrafted items are far superior to the commercial variation, and worth the higher price.
We realize that we all are merely human, and there may be genuine mistakes by both our customers and ourselves, or even our webhost. We strive to approach issues and problems with kindness, honesty, humility, and open communication, and resolve them to the best of our ability.
Delivery reminders are limited to emails. If it is your first time and you do not show up I usually contact you via text as a reminder. This reminder is mostly limited to first time customers. If you miss the delivery time at a location, feel free to meet me at any delivery locations that I have remaining that day. If you fail to pickup an order, the order will be cancelled and the products returned to inventory. If you contact me when you are unable to pickup an order, I would be happy to reschedule the order to my next delivery date. This courtesy is extended once per order.
